How can I send my units for repairs?
Sending your repairs is a simple process. We will provide an RMA to send your unit in for a free evaluation. Keep in mind, we have multiple shipping locations. Our Corporate Repair Facility is located in Buford, Georgia just north of Atlanta and our West Coast Repair Facility is located in Euless, Texas near Dallas/Fort Worth. We recommend sending your repairs to the facility nearest to your state of residence for convenience.
How much will it cost to evaluate my repairs?
Our repair evaluations are always free. In fact, even if we don’t find any issues. Your repairs are only charged until your unit is shipped, repaired, and tested!
What is the shipping policy?

Our packaging surpasses the requirements of shipping carriers, ensuring the safe transportation of your items. Additionally, we provide the flexibility of shipping through the primary carrier of your preference. The shipping charges can be conveniently included in your invoice or directly billed to your carrier's account, making the process seamless and hassle-free.
What is your warranty policy?
We provide an 18-month in-service warranty that covers your repairs, offering peace of mind even if you choose to keep them as backups until they are needed.
